Breakfast is the important meal of the day. You might that recommendations, not to skip breakfast, is just a plain good advice. But this recommendation is very important for us. You know your body needs enough fuel to work throught out the day. Fuel of our body is energy that is produced by digestion food in our body. If we take proper meal in the morning our body will remain active through out the day.

Due to this a perrson feels lethargic and not able to do work throughtout the day. One more reason of getting more weight is that when a person skip breakfast he will eat more during the whole day and take extra empty calories that will ultimately cause weight gain.

On the other hand the children who skip break feel dizzy and unable to do their work properly. Because when they skip breakfast they will go for snack but snacks will not provide enough calories to do their work properly. Their learning abilities decreases if they skip breakfast daily. So focus on the proper breakfast of child because are future nation builder.
